To my surprise, that same rude person immediately shut down my account without hearing me out, interrupted me again, and hung up on me for the second time. This company really shows no professionalism whatsoever. Don’t throw your money at the scam they’re running.

The same goes for preforeclosures, but here, the investor must first work out an approved Short Sale with the bank before turning the listing into a Rent To Own setup.
